Rooms were a good size, pool area on the rooftop was really nice and clean with a water machine too. Great location on Miami Beach and fit in with the theme of the area. Really good price and value for money in the area and the staff were great

Excellent location on Ocean Drive! For the first night we had room #101 which was a bit noisy but got removed to 2nd floor that was great. The top roof terrace and pool were nice.

great hotel. welcoming, clean, stylish, amazing rooftop pool, wonderful staff, amazing location on south beach, food was good. altogether these guys know how to run a hotel and how to treat guests. i was a bit nervous about the booking at first as you can be a bit hit and miss on south beach and i'm used to staying at Soho House Miami, so this could have been one of those hotels with great location but a bit shabby inside, but it wasn't. i don't think you could get a better room for the price in this part of town.

Good things: helpful receptionist, clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, it’s close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Guests get 20% discount at the restaurant. Parking is possible near at the 13th street garage.

Amazing! The reviews didn’t lie, this hotel was absolutely stunning. It was extremely clean, which is the most important thing next to location for me. Which brings me to location, it was right in the middle of the action and directly across from the beach. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. The staff were friendly and always available. The only thing I would suggest or change about the next time we stay is a room towards the back of the hotel bc it gets pretty lively at night and we could hear, but since we weren’t light sleepers it didn’t effect us too much. We would definitely stay here again and again, my new favorite hotel

Great Location fr a 3 Day Stay in Miami Beach during our Florida Roundtrip with two Kids (2&5). There is a playground just in front. Restaurant in the hotel and the one next door are great & everyone is very child friendly. Rooftop Saltwater Pool also perfect:-)

Personel was very friendly, breakfast included was superior quality in terms of South Beach standards (you can't compare mid price hotels to European standards). In my opinion rooms looks better in real than in booking photos. The heated pool was great to play with kiddo. South Beach is super expensive, so in my opinion Leslie is great in terms price vs quality over here. The rooms are super clean and cleaned daily.

Pool, great shade and blob spots, lovely that they installed speakers when I was there, shame an aggressive lady guest played her play list through them on blue tooth dining loudly! The restaurant had a great menu and a heap of taxes on top, but still one of the better in this part of town, the room was good for an old building. Nice to look out onto ocean drive! The bread that comes with the room isn’t a buffet but a very limited menu, still sufficient but the pics on booking.com show a buffet.

a beautiful hotel with the perfect location, straight across the road from the beach in the art deco district. the roof top pool is wonderful with gorgeous views of the sea. the rooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and good showers. if you have booked with breakfast included,the choice seems small compared to the rest of the menu but it is beautifully prepared and delicious! the Terrance is a great place to sit to eat and watch the world go by. the wait staff are fabulous especially needing to mention Catalina and Agata! you certainly feel special staying here a great way to finish our vacation!

Good location. You are very close to the “happenings” of Ocean Drive, but still far enough not to have the noise and traffic which you would have 2 blocks further down. Cant be better.

This hotel is fantastic! The rooms are confortable, with large beds and bathroom. It is located just in front of the beach access. The staff is very friendly and provides you towells, seat and umbrella for all the family. The restaurant is good. The roof pool is awesome, including Jacuzzi :) I would highly recommend this hotel and come back as soon as we can. There is a public parking 2 minutes walking (20$/day). Everything was perfect for us.
